This remedy is useful for asthma, especially when associated with bronchitis, difficult breathing, and a great accumulation of mucous—it follows Arsenicum album well in these cases. Chronic inflammation of bronchial tubes; shortness of breath; pneumonia; bronchitis; worse from dust, wet weather, and winter; chest feels as if a great weight were pressing on it; often clammy, cold sweat on the body.
