This combination is entirely made up of isodes. It may be necessary to follow it with whatever remedy most closely matches the remaining symptoms (Isodes, like nosodes, require an intercurrent remedy).

The following is a small amount of information on each of the INGREDIENTS of this combination.
DI-METHYL FORMAMIDE is also known as methylbenzene, toluene, and phenylmethane and is isolated from tolu balsam, which is certainly not a poisonous or toxic plant. Isolation of a single constituent, however, often creates a drug with pronounced toxicity. Such is the case here. Toulene is used in acrylic fibers, plastics, pesticides, synthetic leather, paint stripper, paint, fuel oil, as a cleaning agent, and as a solvent in many pharmaceutical drugs. It is known to cause disorientation, giddiness, dizziness, euphoria, confusion progressing to unconsciousness, convulsions, headaches, fatigue, sleep disturbances, achiness, numbness and tingling.
HYDRAZINE is found in rocket fuels and is the gas precursor in automobile air bags. It is also used as a solvent in pharmaceutical drugs. Hydrazine has been linked to depression and recent studies indicate that it is a neurological toxicant. Other studies show alarming links to the onset of lupus.
TRICHLOROETHYLENE Recent studies indicate that trichloroethylene is a neuro-toxin, although “safe” levels are still being determined. This chemical is used in cleaning products, paint and varnish, and is part of the decaffeination process. It is also used as a solvent for rubber and is a common contaminant in soil and water.
