Glandular Support #4

POTENCY: 6X

The following is a small amount of information on each of the INGREDIENTS of this combination.

GYMNOCLADUS CANADENSIS (American coffee-tree) One thing that is listed for this remedy is “pain in the front part of the head following influenza.” Frontal headaches are often caused by liver issues. Other symptoms include swelling of the face and head, and hives.

PELARGONIUM RENIFORME (African geranium) This is a remedy that is completely unfamiliar to me. The only information I can find, having to do with healing, is that it was used by soldiers for dysentery and as a purgative for their horses.

PITUITARIA ANTERIOR LOBE ISODE (pituitary gland isode) The homeopathic symptoms of this remedy are based on 5 years of clinical observation by Dr. David Flores Toledo of Mexico. Dr. Toledo believes that this remedy deserves to become one of the great polycrest remedies of our generation. The symptom picture includes hormonal disorders of many types and descriptions, flatulence and rumbling after eating, low backaches and pain in the sacral region before menses, involuntary urination, palpitations while lying on the back, brown spots on the face, constipation, and hemorrhoids (among others).

STERCULIA ACUMINATA (kola nut The first symptoms that I found listed for this remedy was fatigue and weakness of no known origin that was being blamed on psychosomatic causes (Neurasthenia). What little information that is available indicates that this is a remedy for circulation and the correction of cardiac rhythms and that it acts as a diuretic.

VESPA CRABRO (wasp) This remedy is much like Apis and is an excellent remedy for bee stings and allergic reactions to bee stings. A keynote is stinging, burning pains that pierce deeply. There may be nerve and muscular excitement, itching over the whole body, trembling, burning pain with urination, inflammation of the right eye, and problems with the left ovary and with the cervix.
