The following is a small amount of information on each of the INGREDIENTS of this combination.
JUNIPERUS COMMUNIS (juniper berries) This is one of my favorite herbs although I only use it in combinations and a bit sparingly. The homeopathic symptoms picture includes scanty urine with blood and the smell of violets, and a feeling as though there is a weight in the kidney region.
POLYGONUM SAGITTATUM (arrow-leaved tearthumb) This homeopathic remedy has only a few lines in Murphy’s Materia Medica and all of those are for something kidney related. They include pains of nephritic colic, suppurative nephritis—inflammation of the kidneys and sharp pains along the spine.
