Toxemia.
POTENCY: 6X
The following is a small amount of information on each of the INGREDIENTS of this combination.
EUPHRASIA OFFICINALIS (eyebright) Symptoms include catarrhal headache, painless swelling in hands and feet, stitches in the hips when walking, frequent waking during early morning hours, and dim or blurred vision.
IRIS VERSICOLOR (blue flag) This remedy is indicated for morning sickness, abdominal tenderness, chronic indigestion of milk products, throbbing headache—usually on right side and often beginning with vision disturbances, and vomiting with burning pain.
NATRUM SULPHURICUM (sodium sulfate) Symptoms include frequent urination, early diabetes, glucose, bile, and sediment in urine, gout, uric acid crystals in tissues of extremities, pain in the hip joints on rising or sitting down, edema of the feet, and liver and gallbladder disorders during pregnancy.
THUJA OCCIDENTALIS (arbor vitae) Thuja, as it relates to pregnancy, usually has to do with emotional symptoms. The woman feels isolated and alone yet is averse to company. Physically, there is pain in the hip joints which give way when walking. Often when there has been toxemia early in pregnancy, there is post-partum depression after the birth of the child. This remedy, taken when the toxemia first appears, may prevent post-partum depression later on. See Section Two: Remedies for Pregnancy and Childbirth. This remedy is very strong and caution is always advised when pregnant when taking any remedy. Muscle testing to confirm remedy choice is advised.
