BHM Lotion is a creamy, lightly scented lotion that has been formulated with LeWarmDown Essential Oil (Basil, Cypress, Fir Balsam, Lavender Officinalis, Marjoram, Wintergreen) added to boost its wonderful healing properties. This lotion is good for tight, sore, aching muscles, strains, breaks, sprains, torn ligaments, charley horses, leg cramps and it can relieve stress headaches when applied to the neck and shoulders. The herbs in BHM have a lot of nutrients and will support the body’s needs nutritionally during healing. BHM is rich in calcium and magnesium. Calcium must have magnesium for proper absorption. In addition, LeWarmDown seems to aid calcium absorption and distribution throughout the body. Regular use of BHM lotion can slow the progress of osteoporosis due to improving calcium absorption. Magnesium supports normal nerve and muscle function, and helps reduce inflammation in the muscles, joints, and tissues. LeWarmDown is an amazing anti-inflammatory essential oil as well.
