As the name implies, this herb is for the removal of stones and gravel from the kidneys, and is wondrously effective for that and for the prevention of stone formation. Gravel Root is also used for cystitis, urethritis, and prostate enlargement. It can be used to treat water retention, and joint pains of arthritis caused by uric acid deposits in the joints.
